Medical volunteers needed

Last week Jim helped to host a medical team with Medical Ministry International.  Only two doctors and one nurse came, along with an MMI representative who works in Chiapas, and one local MK who  helped translate.  We are thankful for their partnership in reaching out to the Mixe people.  We have not had a medical clinic out there for many years.

We would love to host our own Missionary Ventures medical team.  We just need some volunteers:

• doctors

• dentists

• optometrists

• nurses

• pharmacists (or pharmacist-wannabes)

•  other willing hands

We would also need donations of eye glasses.

Medical teams help to open the door to ministry in areas resistant to the gospel.  They also serve as an encouragement to believers in areas with existing churches.  Please contact Missionary Ventures about organizing or joining a medical team trip to Oaxaca.
